At HEIMR Collection, we are committed to preserving the integrity, uniqueness, and exclusive atmosphere of our properties. As such, we do not permit the use of our hotels, interiors, or surroundings as a backdrop or location for commercial promotion by third-party brands, companies, or individuals.

While we appreciate the interest in our design, architecture, and supplier details, we do not disclose this information. Many of our furnishings, products, and design elements are custom-made specifically for HEIMR Collection, and form an essential part of our distinct brand identity.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of images, video, or any other media depicting our hotels or their elements for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. Prior written consent must be obtained from HEIMR Collection for any such usage.

We reserve the right to take legal action against any individual or entity found to be in violation of this policy.
